Wei Quan} (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2014.He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, BJTU. He has published more than 50 papers in prestigious international journals and conferences, including IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Network, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Communications Letters, IFIP Networking, IEEE ICC, and IEEE GLOBECOM. His research interests include key technologies for network analytics, future Internet, 6G networks, and vehicular networks.Dr. Quan is a TPC Member of IEEE Globecom (2019-2022), IEEE ICC (2017-2020), IEEE INFOCOM (NewIP Workshop) 2020, ACM MOBIMEDIA (2015-2017). He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Journal of Internet Technology, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, and IEEE Access, and as a technical reviewer for many important international journals. He is also a member of ACM and a Senior Member of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence.

简历

Wei Quan(Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2014. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU), Beijing, China. He has coauthored more than 50 papers in prestigious international journals and conferences, including IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Network, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Communications Letters. His research interests focus on reliable transmission in mobile networks, vehicular networks and Industrial IoT. Dr. Quan is an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, Journal of Internet Technology, and IEEE Access. He is a winner of 2022 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award and a principle investigator (PI) of National Key Research and Development Program of China.
